Dear Parkway Family friends,

As the concern for the Corona Virus COVID-19 continues to increase Parkway Family Kia is doing everything possible to stay up to date and take the necessary precautions to ensure the safety of our customers, employees, and community.

We are closely following the CDC Global Center for Disease Control's guidelines and World Health Organization (WHO) recommendations on steps we can take to help prevent the spread of the virus.
Here are just a few of the steps we’re taking internally at our dealership and with our staff

· We are disinfecting all high touch surface areas, including phones, desks, counters, keyboards, steering wheels and door handles several times per day
· Any employee that doesn’t feel well is asked to stay home
· We’ve added alcohol-based hand sanitizers throughout the workplace and in common areas
· Disinfect all frontline ready test drive units and service loaners

As a convenience for our customers, we have also taken these additional measures to still be of service to our guests who prefer not to come into the dealership

· Buy your car 100% online in the comfort of your home.
· We will bring a clean fully disinfected vehicle to YOU, to test drive and experience its features
· Vehicle specific customized walk around videos
· Pickup and Drop off service for ALL maintenance and repair needs
